Common Kitchen
There are common kitchens located on both the main floor and the fourth floor of residence accessible 24 hours a day. The kitchens both have full size stoves and allow residents to cook when they wish.
Laundry Room
On the main floor of residence you will find a laundry room complete with washers, dryers and counter space. The laundry room is open 24 hours a day 7 days a week, to accommodate even the busiest of schedules. All washers and dryers are on a prepaid card system.
Lounges
Lounges are located on the 4th and 7th floors and available for students to gather, study, or unwind. Residents are encouraged to take advantage of these fully furnished spaces to socialize and meet their neighbours!
Courtyard
Nestled under a canopy of mature trees, complete with patio furniture, picnic tables and gas barbeque it is the perfect spot to meet and hang out with friends.
Fitness Centre
Located on the 5th floor of the residence is our fitness centre. It is equipped with Elliptical trainers, stationary bikes as well as a treadmill. It is also equipped with a 32’ television. Everything you need for a great workout!
Front Desk
The front desk is the hub of the residence. We are staffed 24 hours a day in order to ensure maximum satisfaction. Some of the services offered at the front desk are Visitor Sign ins/outs, mail service as well as copying and faxing.
Housekeeping
Housekeeping service is no longer provided, it is your responsibility to ensure your suite is cleaned.
Maintenance
Residents may request to have a “Work order” filled out at the front desk. Maintenance workers will enter the students’ suite during regular business hours to address any deficiencies.
