Saint Paul Residence is committed to providing an accessible environment to its clients, students, employees, job candidates, suppliers, visitors, and other stakeholders who enter our facilities and have access to the information we provide. We comply with and adhere to the requirements established by the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 (AODA), the Customer Service Standards, and the Integrated Accessibility Standards for information and communications, employment, and transportation.

Approximately 1.85 million Ontarians have a disability, and this number will increase as the population ages. Our organization strives to be accessible to everyone who uses our services, as it is not only a good business practice but also a legal obligation. Saint Paul Residence has the important responsibility of ensuring a safe, dignified, and welcoming environment for all.

We are committed to ensuring our organization complies with accessibility laws by incorporating policies, procedures, equipment requirements, employee training, and best practices. These policies and practices will be reviewed regularly. Our commitment to making our organization accessible to all includes integrating accessibility laws into our policies, procedures, programs, and training.

  • Reporting and training procedures.
