When Does This Cancellation Policy Apply?

By making a reservation with the Saint Paul University Residence, the guest acknowledges having read this cancellation policy and agrees to the terms and conditions set out herein.

Cancellation Terms

All cancellation requests must be submitted to the Residence in writing using the contact information provided in the reservation confirmation. The date and time the cancellation request is received by the Residence will determine the applicable cancellation fees.

 

Cancellation periods are calculated based on the scheduled arrival time indicated in the reservation confirmation.

 

In the event of a cancellation request, the guest will receive written confirmation indicating, where applicable, the amount of the cancellation fees and the refund to which they are entitled.

 

Refunds

When a refund is applicable, it will be issued according to the terms of the payment method used at the time of booking. Processing times may vary depending on the financial institution or payment service provider.

 

Transaction fees or other non-refundable fees associated with payment processing may, where permitted, be deducted from the refundable amount.
