The security deposit you pay for your housing is used mainly to cover any potential damages or unpaid fees at the end of your stay. For example:

  • Repairing damage to the furniture or walls
  • Covering unpaid rent or bills
  • Cleaning the unit if it isn’t returned in good condition

If everything is in order when you leave, the deposit will be refunded to you within the timeframe specified in your contract.

  1. Security Deposit Refund Policy

You will only receive a full refund of your deposit if you are not accepted into an academic program (proof required) or did not receive your study permit (proof required) or if the Residence cannot assign you a room.

Your room is reserved as soon as your file is complete, meaning:

  • You have filled out the registration form
  • You have signed and submitted the contract, the rules and other required documents (if applicable)

  • You have paid your security deposit and the application fee

You must also respect all rent payment deadlines.

We encourage students who require specific accommodations to email us at info@saintpaulresidence.ca so we can discuss the adapted services available.

Once your registration documents are fully completed and signed, and your fees have been paid, we will send you an email to arrange the date and time of your move-in.

If you have special circumstances to discuss, please contact us by email at info@saintpaulresidence.ca
If you need to cancel your registration, you can send us a written notice at info@saintpaulresidence.ca.
