Residence Rates

Rates apply to full-time students enrolled at Saint Paul University, Collège Boréal and Lambton College. Residence fees include utilities, local telephone access, access to the Internet and a furnished suite. Students can apply for Residence before they are accepted into their program.

Summer 2024 (May 4, 2024 - August 25, 2024)

$4,100.00 due April 19, 2024

OPTION 2
$1,025.00 due April 19, 2024
$1,025.00 due May 19, 2024
$1,025.00 due June 19, 2024
$1,025.00 due July 19, 2024

Fall 2024 (August 31, 2024 - December 21, 2024)

$4,430.00 due August 31, 2024 (due immediately if accepted after August 31, 2024)

Academic Year 2024-2025 (August 31, 2024 - April 22, 2025)

OPTION 1
$8,860.00 due August 31, 2024

OPTION 2*
$4,430.00 due August 31, 2024
$4,430.00 due October 18, 2024
*includes $125.00 non-refundable administration fee.

Cancellation & Withdrawals

Cancellations and withdrawals will not be accepted over the phone. Please refer to the full policy located here: Termination & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations

Cancellations occur prior to move-in. If you wish to cancel your residence application or the Student Residence Agreement, you must cancel through My Housing Portal prior to move-in.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals occur after move-in. If you wish to withdraw from residence, please contact the front desk for a Residence Withdrawal Form. You must return it to the front desk within 5 business days of the anticipated departure date.
